Less is more; you will find that you really will not need to use as much as you think, as it is unlike traditional lotions where the main ingredient is water.
Start with a pea-sized amount in your palms and rub to warm it and render to an oil-like texture, then massage into your face.
To apply to your body, use the same technique using a larger amount depending on the area of application. My philosophy is that if you have skin there, use it there.
Remember, you can always add more as needed.
